Frequently Asked Questions

Meeting

Are there any upfront costs?

There are no upfront costs for you as the seller. As your listing agent, we pay for all the advertising, marketing, systems, and employee expenses.

How do real estate agents get paid?

The seller pays real estate commissions at closing. So if you don't sell your home, you pay no commissions. The total commission is typically 5%–6%, with half paid to the seller’s broker and half to the buyer’s broker.

How long will it take to sell my home?

Right now in Orlando the average days on market are around 30 days before they sell. Although the time varies widely based on area and price. Our team has sold homes over the asking price that went pending in 3 days. So we will review a game plan that will allow you to get the most money possible in the best amount of time.

Why should I list with a real estate agent?

For sale by owners typically sell for less than the selling price of other homes; In 2022 for sale by owner homes sold at a median of $225,000, significantly lower than the median of agent assisted homes at $345,000 according to the National Association Of Realtors.

How much is my house worth?

The exact price of your own home will depend on its size, neighborhood, and lots of other factors. Further complicating matters is your own skewed perspective: We tend to mentally inflate our home’s positives and airbrush out the flaws that are all too apparent to the cold, calculating eyes of buyers. To determine the right pricing strategy of your home, we conduct a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) that gives you a real-time snapshot of market conditions in your neighborhood and what other homes similar to yours are selling for.
